An event producer will work with clients (typically meeting planners or event managers) to identify the concept of the event, and subsequently plan the logistics and technical components, including audiovisuals, vendors, crew, equipment, budgets, and more.

The term “audio visual” refers to a wide range of technical equipment that provides the look and sound of an event. Professional audiovisual (AV) is the ingredient that will make your conference or corporate event memorable and engaging.
The audio visual equipment specifications will be determined by the type of event, the desired finish, the audience, and the venue. It is possible to find a venue with a basic AV installation for a low-budget event production. However, that is only the beginning.
Higher-level AV equipment is required for brand events such as conferences, press events, sales meetings, and global corporate meetings. A professional installation aids in the presentation of key messages in a professional and engaging manner.
RIGGING & STAGING
